Hello Sir,

I hope you are doing well.My name is Harry.I am writing this letter to complain you about some issues I have went through last weekend. I hired gardening services from your company to maintain my garden.Your team was asked to clean dead grass, broken flowers from the garden.Thery were asked to prepare planting beds.I have provided them with some fruits and vegetable seeds as I need small kitchen garden as well with beautiful seating area.But unfortunately,I was highly disappointed by your team as they did not complete their work.Garden beds were not fully establishted.They lost the seeds as well.They did not followed the colour theme told to them.

This has destroyed the whole look of my garden.It is looking like a barre area or I can say messy space with no attraction.

As this is a problem caused by your employees,I want you to take possible steps to resolve it.Provide them with new seeds.Give them proper instructions regarding the work.Lastly,send trained workers.
