Dear Mr. Smith,
Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that happened previous day. I understand that the noise from my flat was quite disturbing for you, and I truly regret about that.
My youngest son was celebrating his tenth birthday yesterday with several of his friends and classmates. Unfortunatly, the children became so exited while playing games, and the noise was a bit loader than I expected. In addiction, I had to move some furnitures to create more space in a room for boys, it also could have been noisy.
I take the blame for this one, it must have been annoying for you, especially during the evening, and I am really sorry for the disruption.
To compensate for this, I will make sure that any other future children party finish earlier and the noise is maintained to a minimum. I will also inform you in advance about plans to have young guests.
Thank you for your understanding. I will do my best to prevent this from happening again.
Best regards,
Katherine
