Ddear Sir,

I am writing to express my displessure on the recent purchase of a laptop from your online retailer link. Before making payment, I vividly went through the product descriptions, components, and the delivery time . There was never a point I read extra charges for the speakers, mouse, and other output devices.

Unfortunately, on the time of the parcel arrival, I noticed that mosts of the gadgets were removed. I initialy did not want to honour the package from the courier. On the first note, I thought the commodity was wrongly addressed, but my name was well spelt out on the envelop.

Last week, I wrote to your company via email to tell them my discoveries, but I didn’t get any feedback from your organization. As I was browsing the internet, I saw a direct contact to the factory, I called, fortunately ,the warehouse receptionst picked up and directed me to your direct link.

I will appreciate if the complete system is sent to me for effective use in my office as soon as possible. But, if this particular laptop brand is out of stock then, the next available option will bw highly appreciated. If paying extra churges are inclusive, I will comply immediately.
