Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Manjinder Kaur and I live at 136 Tarington NE Calgary. I intend to write this letter to draw your attention towards deteriorating condition of the road in front of my house, which pose a serious safety issue for all residents.

Primarily, I would like to expound prior situation of road, I must say that this road was nicely surfaced a few years ago: however, due to harsh weather and heavy traffic on the road was responsible for this condition. Now it has big pothols and large cracks in between the road that have caused soo many accidents as driver lost their control when driving. More so, I have never seen anyone here who came to fix the cracks and potholes.

Given the situation, I would like to recommend some solutions. Firstly, I believe that council should allocate funds to repair and resurface this road as soon as possible. Apart from this, worker should come to seal the cracks and fill the potholes time to time. So, the rate of accident can be reduced as well as driver can drive without worry.
