Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Juliet Jonah and I am a member of your housing district. I reside at 42 Openhouse, located just before the end of Davy Street. I am writing to inform you of the small-sized sinkhole beside the pavement that directly faces our residence. It resulted from the collapse of an underlying structure after a heavy downpour last week Thursday. I believe this happened due to a lack of thorough inspection of our area, before construction of the road commenced.

As you well know, a damage of this nature could cause irrefutable harm, like destruction of property, multiple casualties, and even death if not handled immediately. I suggest immediate repair be carried out, and with proper understanding of our geographical landscape this time. It is also imperative that monthly maintainence be held after completion of the road to prevent any similar destruction in the future.
