My name is Phuoc Nguyen, and I am living at 1B Road. I am writing to report the deteriorating condition of the road in front of my house, which pose a serious safety hazard to all residents.

This road was nicely surfaced a few years ago, but due to prolonged exposure to harsh weather and heavy traffic on the street, it is now full of potholes and large cracks. Many drivers have lost control when driving, resulting in frequent accidents. The situation used to be much better, but it has become worse over time because the cracks have not been fixed.

I strongly recommend that the public authority allocate sufficient budget for repairs and carry out thorough resurfacing as soon as possible to ensure the safety of residents. In addition, workers should repair potholes, seal the cracks, and improve drainage to prevent further decline.
