Dear Sara,

I hope you’re doing well. It has been a long time since I talked to you.

I would like to thank you from deep of my heart for the amazing gift. What a wonderful taste!. it was unexpected to receive this gift from you. However, it means a lot to me that you though of me, and bought me this beautiful ring.

Unfortunately, the ring size was not suitable for me. The ring size is 5 and my size is 6.5. SO, there is a difference between the my actual size and the ring size. Which sadly made me unable to wear it.

But, since I receive the gift from you, and I deeply like it. I suggest that if I could go to the shop and ask for exchange with another size. In that case, I think I need some information such as your phone number, bills details and the branch you bay from.
