Dear Mike,

Hope you’re doing well.

I would like to thank you for the gift that you gave me yesterday, I really appreciate your attention. The thing is that, the voucher that you gave me is from the stakehouse restaurant, which is against my principles. I’m vegan since 2018 and for the dinner night out I prefer to choose vegan-frindly places with fresh falafels and vegetables in menu. I did some research and called the place to find out if I still can find something that I can try there, unfortunately almost all the positions exept potatoes are meat contented.

If you don’t mind I can return the gift certificate to you, so you can pass it to anyone who is more interested. Alternatively, i can donate it to charity.
