I am a resident of the Taggart area, and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction upon availing your bus service. There are numerous problems and unhappiness spread among other residents as well.
To begin with, the downloaded application is not user-friendly, and senior citizens had difficulty operating the application. The tech savy youngsters are able to use the application. However, the reliability of the service does not seem promising. The buses are late on arrival and the seats inside are broken. As a result, the elderly have to stand while travelling.
Having said that, my life has not been easy as well. Since, the buses are late on arrival, my whole work comes to a halt. I am a doctor and it is my responsibility to reach to my clinic and treat my clients in the timely manner. For me, the customer service comes first and I cannot afford to loose my reputation as an excellent doctor.
Nevertheless, its never too late to improve on self. I suggest following measures in order to sustain the reputation your company has like in other areas. Please train your drivers by providing good customer service lessons, offering driving training, and how to be on time. Also, please arrange a good engineer for proper maintenance of your buses, and replace seats with the new ones.
I am confident that you will take actions promptly regarding this matter.
