Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with bus services that I have encountered for the past two weeks. Firstly, the bus often late, which makes passengers inconvenient. Secondly, different routes of the bus. The bus occasionally doesn’t suitable us written in a ticket. Those issues are affecting my comfort and other passengers.
Consequently, I was wasting my time a few longer at station. In addition to this, it makes me confused related to the map. I need to reread the map of the bus just to clarify.
I would really appreciate it if the company could take direct action. Company should do bus checking before starting operation. Moreover, supervisor must give driver a serious warning in order to decrease the probability of the problems happen in the future.
