Dear Pat,

John told me that you will be working as a volunteer at a certain festival but didn’t give me much update about it. So, I just wanted to ask you directly for more details. I’m just so curious!

He mentioned that it’s a music festival but he wasn’t so sure about it, so I’d like to know if it’s really a music festival or something else. Also, will it be here in the city or somewhere else and what date exactly?

Like I said, i’m so curious to know what kind of work you’d be doing as a volunteer at the event ? And, are there any other volunteer space available?

I’d like to apply, can you tell me if they still need more hands? if that’s the case, is application still open and how can I be part of it?

It will be cool if we work together on this. so, I will be waiting for your reply.
