Dear Pat,

How are you doing? I’m doing good here. Sam told me you will be doing voluntary work at a festival this December.

I hope this is for The Christmas charity festival that happens every year? Last year they had this festival in Colombo. This year also they have it in Colombo or did they change the place? As I remember we had it in December 25th last year. When are they planning to have it this time?

Hope they already started to work for the festival. What is your contribution as a volunteer this time? You are really good at collecting funds and compering. Last year you really did a great job as a accountant.

My self and my brother are at home for this December vacation. We didn’t plan anything this year. If your Organisers are still looking for volunteers we would like to come and help. It will be a great opportunity for us to be occupied this holiday. If there is any chance please let me know how should I apply for work.
