Dear Chahra

I hope this email finds you well and you are in good health . I am sending to you about the festival, in which you are participating as a volunteer. I am wondering if you can give me more details about it like what type of festival it is ? and when and where it will be held? and what are applying for as a volunteer? I am free this month and I want to keep my time with something useful, that is why I am interested. If the organisers ever want more volunteers to apply please send me an email, so I can apply. But before explain to me how the application procedure goes, is it on their website or I should go to their office. I would appreciate your help regarding this subject, and I would be so glad to hear from you thanks in advance.
