Dear Pat,

I’m writing to you because I have heard that you will be doing voluntary work at a festival. I found very interesting this and I would like to know more about it.

Firstly, I’d like to know what kind of festival is it, if it is like a music festival or maybe is something different. Also do you already know the date and the place it will happen?

Secondly, I’m curious to know what kind of activities do you have to do during the event. In my opinion, you will probably do more than one thing in the day.

Finally, the reason why I’m asking all these questions is because I like to do voluntary work, this is a good way to help the society, while I can improve my curriculum with more activities. So do you know if they still need more volunteers to this festival? And if they are still looking, how can I apply to this work?

I hope that I’m not bothering you with all these questions.
