Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring your attention to some difficulties we are facing related to the reliability of the bus service in the Terry Fox Drive.

For now over two weeks, the buses scheduled for the area are not arriving on time. Moreover, sometimes without providing advance notice, some buses are getting cancelled, which makes it difficult for the people to travel.

Travelling to office from bus has been my primary mode of transportation. However, because of above mentioned cancellations and delays of the bus services, I have been facing many problems such as reaching late, and missing important meetings.

I would like to suggest that you should increase bus services in the area. Furthermore, if any delays or cancellations are expected than residents should be informed through an alert or a notification, so that people travelling from bus can arrange another mode of transportation to commute on those days.

I hope that you will look into this matter, and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
