I am writing to formally complain about the issues we are facing with the transportation service as the community of Oxford town. For over two weeks, we have been suffering from unpunctuality of the rings. Many of us are late for either their job or school because busses are tend to be late in every circulation. This, unfortunately, wrecks your credibility as a company in my hometown.
I was late for my job for 4 days straight and received official notification from my superiors eventhough I told about the situation I had. As a person, mostly for environmental issues, I do not purchase car and prefer to use public transport in order to reach where I go. However, with the busses being late, my quality of life has decreased because I can not get anything done as I please. Despite using your app to track busses’ arrivals to the station, I was failed to get the proper times of their reach.
My suggestion to you would be to synchronize the busses’ countdown on the app with the actual arrival processes. Another suggestion to take into consideration would be to increase bus number on our route. These would definitely enhance the reliability of your services.
