Dear Sir,

I am writing regarding your services I used last week because I believe your removal company should be appreciated for the hard work.

I am excited that i opted the best company because the way everything went was really smooth and unhurried. Honestly, I had a lot of work pressure, so, was worried about this shifting but it was quite easy and convenient to use this service.

I must say that your team member, Tim, was energetic and helpful. He took every instruction very carefully about the glass pots and my jewellery organizers and kept every object accurately. He was polite and sincere with the work, as he properly interacted with other team members and finished the task before time.

The only factor I was not happy with was the selection of the van. It was not checked before sending to the address, because it stopped three times midway. I think regular maintainance of your vehicles is crucial to complete services timely.
