Dear sir or madam,

I am writing to provide my feedback on the moving service I recently received from your company.

Overall, that took a lot of stress away from me, and it’s something I appreciate.

I am mainly writing this to commend the staffs hard works to handle my belongings. Also, the unpackaged was really well. To sum up, all the care they took for my stuff was impressively done well. The entire team were friendly and energetic. They managed to finish their task on specific time. One of the team was more efficient and easygoing smoothly than the others by suggesting a better option about packaging my sofa. His name is chris, I would really recommened him and the company to my friends and family. if there was one thing that was borthers me is about the car tire problem. However, That took nearly three hours to be fixed because they didn’t have a spare tire. It was a waste of time to my busy schedule which it made me nervous.
