For months, I have been in constant search for a landscaping company who would reorganize my garden. Luckily, through a word of mouth, I came across your company. I did my research, and discovered that the excellent remarks relayed to me about your company were proven factual after all. Without hesitation, I availed of your landscaping services last week. However, I did not expect the results of the work done. To put it quite frankly, it was not up to par with what I have envisioned. I am formally writing this letter to address specific concerns relating to it.
I specifically requested cobble stones to serve as pathways. However, the stones used were limestones. I believe it is within your knowledge that limestones weather over time, especially when in contact with water or anything liquid. In addition, I had specified instructions as to where the grotto must be placed. Your landscapers situated it in juxtaposition with the gate. It was supposed to face the gate. Furthermore, when I arrived from my two-week vacation, it looked unfinished. It appeared as if there was no after care involved in the work. I am looking into selling this property. However, with the workmaship that your company has shown, it looked unkempt and unappealing to interested investors.
Hopefully this letter would be a solution to rectify this terrible miss. I am out for another week for a conference, and I am hoping that you would live up to the standards that you have set to your loyal subscribers. I support local landscapers and I am giving you another chance. Unfortunately, please be informed that I will not be paying for any redo fees or additional charges of some sort.
