Dear Manager,

I’m writing this letter to bring your attention to some persistent issues with the bus service in our area that have arisen over the past two weeks.

As a regular passenger who has been using this bus service for the last 8 months to commute daily from the Sector 23 bus stop to the Sector 17 Central Complex, where I work, Unfortunately, the bus scheduled for 8:15 AM has been experiencing significant delays recently, which has become quite frustrating. For instance, yesterday, the bus arrived at the Sector 23 Bus Stop at 7:40 AM, which caused me to miss an important meeting.

These delays majorly affect my professional commitments and also reflect me as unpunctual. I kindly urge you to look into the bus schedules so they arrive on time. Also, please start flashing delay messages on bus stop screens if there are any unexpected delays. It would be beneficial for passengers. I genuinely hope you work on this, as I prefer your service over others.
