Dear manager,

I am writing to bring your attention to some technical problems in the bus no 134 that I have been experiencing over the past two weeks.

Every day, I take the bus from Cairo to Giza to get to my work. It usually takes about one hour to reach my destination, however, over the last two weeks, there were some problems with this specific bus. Firstly, the bus is very old, and does not submit to regular maintenance. Sometime the bus stops as there is some problem in the engine, so I have to take another bus.

Moreover, the bus is always overcrowded, which means that most of the times I spend the trip standing, and by the time I reach my work I will be very tired.

All of these problems, have left me very disappointed as it cost me more time and money. It would be very helpful if you could replace this bus with a newer model, and have it to be regularly checked to avoid such troubles in the future.
