Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express concern about the reliability of bus service which I have been facing over the last two weeks.

First of all, the drivers of buses are not punctual. In other words ,there is no proper schedule for the arrival and departure which is the main concerning issue for every passenger. Due to this ,I reached late at work or sometimes I hired personal cab to reach at my destination. Apart from this ,safety is the another concern that needs you attention. In my area, Bus service is not frequent, so most of the time buses are overcrowded and sometimes people hang on the window or there is no space for disabled people and pregnant women .Thus safety and timing both are the serious problems which needs to improve.

I request you to take some strict actions to alleviate these issues . I suggest if possible could you please increase the public transportation services and also assign a person who checks time reliability frequently.
