Dear Madam/Sir,

I would like to bring it in your knowledge that; your bus service is not functioning properly in downtown. Firstly, there is only a single bus for this area which is also not arriving in time. Furthermore, the bus lacks accommodation because it is mostly overcrowded. As there is only single bus, many passengers are getting late for their work and other activities.

These problems are creating negative impacts on my job, in these two weeks I got delayed to office four times. Furthermore, I missed my important meeting and due to that, my company lost that contract. My boss has given me a final warning letter, if I keep on continuing this practice I will be fired from my office.

Therefore, I request to please make necessary arrangements, such as the bus should arrive in time and at particular intervals. In addition, arrange more buses for this area as this is the busiest bus stop in whole town, individuals will accommodate easily instead of overcrowding the bus.
