Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a resident of Star Gate area. I am writing to bring in your kind notice about the irregularities that have been arising in your transport service for the last two weeks. The busses coming to our area are not following their normal routine. Ussually, a bus comes after every 15minute but presently it is taking half an hour. Everyday a lot of people waste their precious time waiting for the bus.

Let me brief you a little about the difficulties we are facing for the last two weeks. Everything was going very smooth till last month. However, from some days the bussess started delays. Each morning many students and workers use your bus service to be on their destinies. People now have to opt for more expensive options like taxis and Uber as they have to be on work timely. Most of the bussess are overcrowded and people hardly get into them. Parents have to rush towards the schools on their own.

Would you kindly look into the matter. If I may suggest probably you need to purchase more bussess and allocate them to different areas including ours. Also there is need for more training of your drivers.
