I am writing to express my announce from public transports of your company

Unfortunately, your service has not performed well. I use public transport for arriving to my workplace every day. I usually exploit busses of your commune. Two days ago, I went to my work by your company’s bus.It is number “35”.

I have paid fare by my credit card and I get off the bus to my location. When I look at my money in my account there was less money, I have realised that your payment device charged me extra money which was about 100,000sums.

Suddenly, I need to money for my necessities but I don’t have money due to mistake of your payment device

Y So I had to borrow some money from my co-worker .

I hope this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible and repay to my extra money and look forward to receiving your response letter soon.
