With due respect, I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction towards bad condition of sewer line that is overflowing near Gayatri apartments. It has been two days I registered complaint to Wastewater Service office but till now no action has been taken.
At the onset, two days back when I came back from office I saw that sewer water was streaming in the whole street, it made difficult for me to cross the lane but anyhow I managed that day and immediately I lodges a complaint to respected department. According to law sanitation related issues need to be resolved on the same day. However, till now I cannot see any plan of action. Moreover, this problem brings not only foul smell but also can become jeopardy for an individual’s life because this filthy water contain mosquitos, flies and becoming habitat for other insects.
Eventually, this situation is getting from bad to worse and making our lives catastrophic. I request you kindly get this problem resolve as soon as possible otherwise I will be compelled to file a suit under human safety actions against your department .
