The bar chart compares the percentage of people who used five social media platforms WhatsApp, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn and Meta X during the day and at night.
Overall, it is clear that the usage of all platforms was higher at night than during the day. Instagram was the most popular platform at night, while Meta X was the least used during the day.
During the day, WhatsApp had the highest rate of use, at around 70%, followed by LinkedIn at 60%. Snapchat and Instagram were less popular, with approximately 40% and 30% respectively, whereas Meta X had the lowest figure, only about 20%.
At night, however, the pattern changed slightly. Instagram became the most frequently used platform, reaching nearly 90%. WhatsApp and Snapchat were also widely used, with around 80% and 70% each. Meta X saw a noticeable increase to about 60%, while LinkedIn had a lower proportion of users at night, roughly 40%.
