The diagram illustrates the recycling process for reusable glass bottle in continues cycle. Overall, the process follows a closed-loop system and it consist of eight continuous stages, starting with collection of waste and ended up usable recycled glass bottle.
Initially, process starts with collecting bottles in specialized containers. Then, collected waste transported with particular trucks to the distribution phase. Once they arrived, wastes are sorted by it is matching color before crushing process. After sorting stage, glass bottles and cans are send into crusher where specialized smashing machine crush them for preparing them to the next stage.
Once crushed, these fractured glass parts are washed carefully to maintain the overall hygiene. Following this, washed glass parts are subsequently send to melting phase, where all types of cans and glass bottles melted for reshaping and reorganization. In the final stage, reshaped bottles are eventually recycled for commercially usable product, making it unchangeable cycle.
