In detail, paper and carboard started with the highest percentage, slighly over than 60%. Furthermore, this term has fluctuated during the period, and reached to about 70% by 2010. At the same time, the proportion of glass containers recycled were little less than paper and carboard in 1982, at around 50%. By 1996, it decreased to approximately 40%. However by the end of the period it slowly increased and remained to around 60%. Compared with these two indicator, alumininum cans and plastics begun with the lowest percentage, nearly 0%. Despite it, the percentage of aluminimum cans increased rapidly over the period and reached just under 50%, while the proportion of plastic almost remained stabl.
