Dear John,

I am writing to express my interest in taking your advice about my house renovation, as I remember that you have renovated your house recently.

I want to inform you that, I am planning to rebuild my house because the home where we are living is not enough for our family. I am planning to construct three more bedrooms as well as two washrooms, moreover, I want to reconstruct the sitting room because it’s very small.

I came to know that recently you have constructed your home so that’s why I would like to take your suggestions. I would like to know about the overall estimate and contact details of some good contractors. I visited the market the day before yesterday, and I found different types of construction materials. Kindly let me know which company has good quality cement and iron.

I hope you will understand my situation and give me good suggestions.
