The given diagram depicts how tomato ketchup is made.
Overall, there are 15 main stages in this process, starting with collecting tomatoes and ending with finishing products.
To begin with, tomatoes in the tomato trees are picked and put in the basket by farmers. After that, picked tomatoes are sorted into good quality and rotten ones. Next, tomatoes are delivered to ketchup factories by trucks, where they are processed to eliminate stalks and seeds and peeled. At this point, peeled tomatoes are put into a container, where they are crushed to become a liquid form. Then, the liquid tomatoes are added sugar, vinegar and salt.
Following this, the above mixture is boiled at a certain temperature to become ketchup. Boiled ketchup is cooled down for 2 hours and then poured into bottles. The next step is that ketchup bottles labeled and tested for quality control. Subsequently, they are packed into boxes which are distributed to supermarkets. Finally, bottles of ketchup are served with types of fast food like hamburgers and chips.
