The diagram illustrates how tomato ketchup is produced. There are 15 stages starting with how the tomatoes are picked by the farmer until it then becomes our favorite sauce for hamburger or fries.
The first step is the production. Before the tomatoes are sent to the factory, they are picked and sorted to ensure the best ingredients are used during the ketchup making process. When they are arrived, the tomatoes are separated from their seeds, skin and stalk in order to proceed to be crushed in a container. Once it’s completely crushed, the sugar, vinegar, and salt are added before it is boiled for two hours and then poured into a ketchup bottle.
The last step is the distribution. After the bottle labeling is finished, the tomato ketchup will be checked one by one to verify & guarantee that the end-customer receive the best quality. Following that step, the ketchup bottles will be packed in a certain number of boxes before they are sent to the supermarket. Finally, after a long way of production, the tomato ketchup is ready to be served as your favorite fast food sauce.
