Dear Sir,
I am Harjobanpreet Singh Sidhu, who recently traveled to India through your airport, YVZ. I am writing this letter to reflect on my experience with one of your employees who I think did an outstanding job.
During my check-in, I got hit on my knee by the sharp edge of the counter desk when I was submitting my luggage. As a result, my knee was bleeding and I had a hard time walking up to security. Initially, I got worried about the rest of the journey but the flight was very urgent for me as I had my US Visa Appointment.
However, my hopes started to rise again when an employee named, Manvir Singh, came from the back and helped me. He did the dressing of my wound and stopped the blood flow. Also, he made sure I was fit and gave me support through security and boarding. Beyond my expectations, he emailed the airport team in India to support me through my journey. I was so polite in dealing and made me believe that everything would be fine.
Due to his excellent service, I think he deserves the appreciation award which would encourage all the workers to do exceptional service. Secondly, I firmly believe that he must be awarded a gift card or any cash reward after all he has made your airport service more reputation. Additionally, I would like to spread this story among all the associates and airport staff so that he can feel proud moment for his great service.
I am very happy about the service your company employees are providing. I think every company must have staff like Manvir Singh.
Sincerely,
Harjobanpreet Singh Sidhu
