I am writing to provide feedback to your hotel services after arranging an all day meeting at your place, this review will be a cumulative one from all the attendees.
First of all, thanks for your co-operation in arranging all the setup. The participants were impressed by the ambience, security, facilities, and staff readiness. They particularly mentioned the warm welcoming environment. I was over the moon when my boos appreciated my efforts and show his satisfaction over my management skills.
Everything was on point except food. There were few complaints from participants about the food that was served after the meeting. They mentioned food was cold thud they were unable to enjoy it at it’s fullest. Moreover, a few complaints about meat that it was not properly cooked. It was a bit embarrassing for me after getting a significant amount of appraisal.
I would like to suggest you to try to improve your food services. For instance, temperature control dishes can be used to keep food warm. Furthermore, the culinary team should check the meat is properly cooked or not before serving it.
