The given charts illutrates difference between the percentages of films released and the percentages of ticket sales in years of 1996 and 2006.
Overall, drama and comedy have maximum percentage in both graphs. In 2006, mostly drama films were released compared to the other categories but people chose to purchase tickets for comedy movies over drama. The percentage of drama tickets sales in 1996 and 2006 is over 15% and below 20% respectively which is significantly less than comedy cinema ticket sales which have a percentage of 20% and 25% in 1996 and 2006 respectively.
On the other hand, fantasy and romance are at the bottom of all the categories. Majorly, fantasy movies were released as compared to romance and we can see signifacant rise in the sales of tickets in 2006 rather than 1996. Additionally, romance movies were released in equal percentage in both years but sales of tickets is higher in 1996 as compared to the year 2006.
