Overall the denham became more residential by replacing farmlands with buildings such as retirement home and other houses.. In addition, the most striking change is the clearance of the farmland, and the areas remaining unchanged are the bridge and the post office.
In 1986, range was used to be more rural due to some amount of farmlands, but it became more residential as lots of houses were built along the main road that comes from north-east of the town from which intersecting with the same old road. Also with the construction of the new 2 houses adjacent to primary school, area looked like u-shaped building rather than i-shaped one . River runs through starting with south west to direction of north-east.in addition shops next to post office gave its place to houses that built in the side roads branched from main road.
