In 1986, the are was dominated which has been removed over the time. Moreover, the area was rural. The place was predominately occupied with farmlands located next to the river stock in the southwestern and further northeastern parts of the site. There were 3 enormous houses encircled with barriers in the heart of the town. To the north, a primary school has been installed to educate people, with shops and a post office situated to the left side of the school.
Today, the town has become more residential, where vast number of newly constructed retirement houses resulted in the vanishing of the existing farmlands. Large houses with gardens In the center of the Denham site experienced a slight expansion with the addition of newly constructed houses. However, the post office remained unchanged in its place, while the number of accommodations along the river stock has been doubled. The bridge has remained unchanged since 1986.
