Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Mai Tran. I am a resident living on 123 Inverness Drive, Palm Beach. I am writing to file a complaint about the noise level of the work construction on my street.

I am currently a third year student university student. My preparations for the imminent exam week can occur only on the weekend when I have no work commitments. However, the noise level from the work construction next door is beyond acceptable. Even though I wear noise-cancelling headphones, the noise still penetrates. As a result, my productivity declines.

I have a few suggestions on how to deal with this. The construction could be done during a specific timeframe and all residents should be informed of this schedule ahead of time. This would allow me to book a different study location during the construction. Alternatively, work construction could be done during weekdays when the majority of residents are at work or at school.

Thank you for considering my complaint and request. I am looking forward to the implementation to address this issue.
