I hope you are doing well. I am writing this email to notify you regarding the customer service I received. Last month I purchased a new tablet from your store and now it is not working properly. When I bought it your staff told me that it has one year warranty. Unfortunately when i went their and i asked for repair they said it will cost me more then $100.
If it is in the warranty period how they can ask me for that. When i excused with them their behaviour changed and they are misbehaving with me. Which was really disrespectful. I spent almost $500 on a tablet and i can not spend more than $100 to repair that. I just need to repair or replace my tablet.
