Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring your attention to an issue I have with the manner in which workers in the meat section of your grocery store treat customers and serve meat products. Allow me to elaborate.
Last week, shopping at your Green Avenue location, I wanted to buy steaks in the meat section. The workers were absent from the section for almost 30 minutes, and when they finally came, they ignored the customers; instead, they were checking something on their phones. Moreover, they did not wear gloves when touching meat steaks after using cellphones or counting cash. First of all, they should pay more attention to the customers rather than to their phones. Secondly, not using gloves blatantly violates the basic sanitary rules in grocery shops.
I trust you can emphasize with my situation. Thus, I am expecting you to take immediate action by noticing the workers in the meet section to be present on their working place during their working time. I am also expecting you to reprimand them for the constant use of cellphones and not putting the gloves on while touching and serving meat products.
Expecting your prompt actions.
Yours faithfully,
Anna An
