Hey John,

I really need to say sorry for the damage of your PlayStation joystick. I know how much it means to you, as you use it for your online tournament games.

Last week, my cousin came for a get together and my niece, while going to the kitchen to get a glass of water, accidentally stepped over the joystick. It’s left handle got broke. Although there is no damage to the arrow keys, but they are not working.

I took it to the repair shop and the technician has said that it will get repaired in a week. I have told him to replace the left handle with a new one and check if the arrow keys can be fixed without replacing them with the used items. Hopefully, he will get it fully repaired.

I know how important your game stick is for your tournament matches. I hope you understand. Once again, I am really sorry for this.
