Hi Mark,

How is live, buddy? It’s been along time since I last met you a month ago. I’m writing this letter to inform you that your laptop broke down yesterday.

First of all, I want to apologize for this unexpected dilemma. Furthermore, I’ll do my best to fix it.

Let me add that it broke down while operating it yesterday. Although I’ve tried several times, and I examined all caples, it didn’t work.

I totally appreciate lending me your precious device; in addition, I took it to the engineer, who promised to fix it in two days.
