i hope you are doing splendidly and this letter will find you in good spirit. i just wanted to let you know that i might be not able to come on the day of you arrival.

unfortunately, i have my one of the important apponitment on the same day when your flight will land over here. Although there is some gap between the meeting and arrival , which i thought would be manageable but due to extreme weather i don’t think i could drive normally. i could not skip this appointment schedule because i got this after waiting for one year and if i cancelled it i have to pay extra 500 bucks to get new schedule and wait for other one year is also harsh.

However, Don’t worry. i found the solution of this problem. My cousin will come on time when you done with your immigration process. i am sharing you his contact number (345677888) car no. and a photo so that you would know how he looks like. please let him know if you face any problem during the whole process.

luckily, i already got five days reservation in marriot hotel where we can see niagra falls in front of our windows. After that we will explore the beauty of city by CN tower and offcourse, i know you are a nature lover so i already booked the tickets to aquarium and toronto zoo.
