I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. I am writing with regard to book rooms and meeting area for me. Actually, I works in a IT company and coming for a important meeting in Vancouver. We are planning to book stay at your place.
However, before we used to live at client’s place during the meeting but this time we planned to change the place. Firstly, we want to book five rooms along with amenities working. Besides this, please arrange meeting area setup with 15 chair, table and a projector for presentation.
Moreover, it would be great if you can provide food and drinks over there. We are planning to come for a event next month and I really appreciate it, we can get advance room booking for next month too. I hope that my request does not not cause you any inconvenience.
