Dear Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rahim as my neighbour in my area

I am writing to sincerely apologize for the loud party I had at my house last Saturday night. I know it caused a lot of noise and inconvenience for you and your family.

Firstly, I am very sorry for the noise, because the music was too loud and went on until late. I should have been more careful. Secondly, the reason for the party was my birthday, because my friends and I wanted to celebrate my 25th birthday together. Finally, I want to make up for the disturbance, because I feel bad about it.

Overall, I hope you will accept my apology, because I truly regret the disturbance. I would like to invite you for coffee this week to talk more. I hope everything will be fine and thank you for your attention.
