Dear Manager,

I attended a meeting with my colleagues earlier today at your New Heaven Hotel Glasgow Branch, which was held for an hour in the Hotel Hall.

Unfortunately, I could not find the papers when I got home to work with them. This bordered me a lot because the papers must not be lost. It has now occurred to me that I forgot them on the table at the Hotel Hall, because I remember dropping them on the table beside the air conditioner in the hotel hall upon my arrival for the meeting. This document is very confidential, which could lead to my dismissal if I do not present it to my company CEO on Monday.

Furthermore, it comprises a list of all the companies that our company partners with. I would appreciate it if you could go to the hall or ask any staff on shift if they see these papers at the Hall. I would prefer to pick the papers up myself at the hotel if found.
