Dear Manager,

I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. I am writing this letter to let you know regarding my file that I lost at your Sliver Spoon hotel.

Actually, my company organized a district level meeting at your resturant on last Monday. I am a supervisor of Countary Spice in Lahore. So, I prepared merchants, third party account details of all areas and wrote down on the papers. I remember my presentation was very stunning and every one appreciated.

Moreover, when our company event is over I stayed longer than my colleagues due to pay the hotel expenses, but before check-in I went to the washroom and I put my file on the reception counter. when I came back to the counter again for picking my file. It did not found there. In addition file has so many companies important paper as well as all our schedules.

So, I request you to help me and find my file. Please check you CCTV footage and give it to me. If you need any information please let me know.
