Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express an important and urgent issue. I have unfortunately left some important papers at the hotel by mistake during my stay.

I think I have left the papers at the desk in my room of the hotel.

The reason of their importance and my urgency is that those are my immigration/visa documents and I need to submit them in a week’s time.

I kindly request you to please post them at my home address that’s 153 Noel Road, HA5 1QR, London so I can submit it to the embassy at the earliest.

I look forward to your response.
