Dear Sir,

I am writing this with all my respects in regard to nominating a person that deserves a Society Award. His name is Hoang, a resident in my neighborhood.

I believe that the reward should belong to him for his kindness and great contributions that he made not only for our community but also for impoverished people in remote areas after the Yagi storm.

To specify, he donated a large amount of money to help the orphanage last months and even adopt a child. Moreover, he sometimes launches campaigns for disabled people in the residence. He made presents of clothes and money for children in storm-affecting areas these last months. More specially, he never becomes arrogant and requires repayment for voluntary work that he has done.

I highly recommend that he deserve a certificate as a great resident which would also encourage others to become more helpful in society
