Dear Sir or Madam,

I am highly pleased and thrilled to participate in the course of your cookery school. In my opinion, this course was incredibly intriguing and provided all sorts of knowledge about cooking. Nevertheless, there are several benefits that I enjoyed the most and would like to mention. Firstly, the opportunity that the school’s staff has facilitated was extremely convenient and modern. Secondly, I was pleased with the ability to cook dissimilar dishes. Specifically, pastries and bread.

Because I have mentioned an immense variety of baking, I would like to highlight the quantity of dishes that I have cooked after the course. The most exceptional are a huge strawberry cake for my mother-in-law’s birthday party and cinnamon buns for my junior child.

However, I hope you will appreciate my suggestion about another cookery course. Based on my knowledge, a majority of people cannot cook any pasta with sauces. I would like to attend such unique tuition at your school in order to master complicated dishes and delight my family with carbonara at the weekends. I hope to receive a request from you, regarding my suggestion as soon as possible.
